17.01.2024 odbyło się pierwsze posiedzenie w sprawie 10 osób oskarżonych po demonstracji solidarnościowej “Stop kryminalizacji migracji!”. Oprócz oskarżonych, na sali Sądu Rejonowego w Krośnie Odrzańskimi obecne były też osoby, które przyjechały, aby okazać swoje wsparcie i solidarność.
Rozprawa trwała ponad 4 godziny. Żadna z osób oskarżonych nie przyznała się do zarzucanych jej czynów. Co więcej, wszystkie jednomyślnie wskazywały,że ich motywacją do udziału w demonstracji solidarnościowej było poparcie dla osób z doświadczeniem uchodźczym, sprzeciw wobec pushbacków i zwrócenie uwagi na uwłaczające warunki, jakie panują w zamkniętych ośrodkach dla cudzoziemców. Nie zapominajmy, że pikieta solidarnościowa była bezpośrednią odpowiedzią na podjęty w zamkniętym ośrodku w Wędrzynie strajk głodowy. Wszystkie osoby odmówiły odpowiedzi na pytania prokuratury.
To pierwsze posiedzenie to dopiero początek żmudnej drogi, podczas której system będzie starał się udowodnić winę aktywistów i aktywistek. W tej sprawie do przesłuchania jest ponad 20 świadków! Policja i prokuratura przeszło ponad rok gromadziła obszerny materiał dowodowy, aby udowodnić czynną napaść na policjantów, naruszenie nietykalności cielesnej policjantów, znieważenie – a wszystko to w ramach występku chuligańskiego, który znacznie podnosi wymiar kary.
Wszystkie te zarzuty wyglądają kuriozalnie w zestawieniu ze zdjęciami demonstrantów i demonstrantek, na których widać rany po użyciu pałek policyjnych, stan po zastosowaniu gazu oraz skrępowane i leżące na ziemi osoby.
Kryminalizowanie migracji jak również kryminalizowanie pomagania osobom w drodze jest powszechnym zjawiskiem w Twierdzy Europa. Nie ma naszego przyzwolenia na represje, które mają powstrzymać naszą walkę o wolność i godność wszystkich osób – niezależnie od kraju pochodzenia i koloru skóry!

17.01.2024 – the first hearing in the case of the 10 people charged after the solidarity demonstration “Stop criminalisation of migration!” is behind us. In addition to the defendants, people who came to show their support and solidarity were present in the courtroom of the Krosno Odrzanskie District Court.
Hearing lasted more than four hours. None of the defendants admitted to the charges against them. Moreover, they all unanimously indicated that their motivation for participating in the solidarity demonstration was to support people with refugee experience, to oppose pushbacks and to draw attention to the derogatory conditions that exist in closed centres for foreigners. Let us not forget that the solidarity picket was a direct response to the hunger strike undertaken in the closed centre in Wędrzyn. All comrades refused to answer questions from the prosecution.
This first hearing is only the beginning of an arduous journey during which the system will try to prove the guilt of the activists. There are more than 20 witnesses to be questioned in this case! The police and the prosecution have spent more than a year gathering extensive evidence to prove active assault on police officers, violation of bodily integrity of police officers, insult – all under the hooliganism offence, which significantly increases the penalty.
All these allegations doesn’t look serious when juxtaposed with photos of demonstrators showing wounds from the use of police batons, use of gas and people tied up and lying on the ground.
The criminalisation of migration as well as the criminalisation of helping people on the move is a common occurrence in Fortress Europe. There is no acquiescence on our part to repression to stop our struggle for the freedom and dignity of all people – regardless of their country of origin and skin colour!

La prima udienza del caso delle dieci persone accusate dopo la manifestazione di solidarietà “Stop alla criminalizzazione della migrazione!” è alle nostre spalle.
Oltre agli imputati, nell’aula del Tribunale distrettuale di Krosno Odrzanskie erano presenti anche persone venute a mostrare il loro sostegno e la loro solidarietà.
L’udienza di ieri è durata più di quattro ore.
Nessuno degli imputati ha ammesso i fatti di cui sono stati accusati.
Inoltre, tutti hanno unanimemente indicato che la loro motivazione per partecipare alla manifestazione di solidarietà era quella di sostenere le persone con esperienza di rifugiati, di opporsi ai respingimenti e di attirare l’attenzione sulle condizioni sprezzanti che esistono nei centri chiusi per stranieri. Non dimentichiamo che il picchetto di solidarietà era, di fatto, una risposta diretta allo sciopero della fame intrapreso nel centro chiuso di Wędrzyn.
Tutti gli individui si sono rifiutati di rispondere alle domande dell’accusa.
L’udienza di ieri è solo l’inizio di un arduo percorso durante il quale il sistema cercherà di dimostrare la colpevolezza degli attivisti uomini e donne. Ci sono più di 20 testimoni interrogati in questo caso! La polizia e l’accusa hanno impiegato più di un anno per raccogliere numerose prove per dimostrare l’aggressione attiva agli agenti di polizia, la violazione dell’integrità fisica degli agenti di polizia e l’insulto – il tutto sotto il reato di teppismo, che aumenta significativamente la pena.
Tutte queste accuse appaiono sommarie se confrontate con le foto di manifestanti uomini e donne che mostrano ferite dovute all’uso dei manganelli della polizia, lo stato dopo l’applicazione di gas e persone legate e stese a terra.
La criminalizzazione della migrazione, così come la criminalizzazione dell’aiuto alle persone in movimento, è un fatto comune nella Fortezza Europa.
Non c’è alcuna preoccupazione da parte nostra che la repressione fermi la nostra lotta per la libertà e la dignità di tutte le persone, indipendentemente dal loro paese d’origine e dal colore della pelle!
La prossima udienza si terrà il 24 aprile 2024 alle ore 10:00 presso il Tribunale distrettuale di Krosno Odrzańskie.

Die erste Anhörung im Fall der zehn Personen, die nach der Solidaritätsdemonstration “Stoppt die Kriminalisierung der Migration!” angeklagt wurden, liegt hinter uns.
Neben den Angeklagten waren im Gerichtssaal des Bezirksgerichts in Krosno Odrzanskie auch Menschen anwesend, die ihre Unterstützung und Solidarität bekunden wollten.
Die gestrige Verhandlung dauerte mehr als vier Stunden.
Keiner der Angeklagten gab die ihnen vorgeworfenen Taten zu.
Darüber hinaus gaben sie alle übereinstimmend an, dass ihre Motivation für die Teilnahme an der Solidaritätsdemonstration darin bestand, Menschen mit Fluchterfahrung zu unterstützen, sich gegen Pushbacks zu wehren und auf die menschenunwürdigen Bedingungen in geschlossenen Ausländerheimen aufmerksam zu machen. Wir dürfen nicht vergessen, dass die Solidaritätskundgebung eine direkte Reaktion auf den Hungerstreik in der geschlossenen Anstalt in Wędrzyn war.
Alle Personen weigerten sich, Fragen der Staatsanwaltschaft zu beantworten.
Die gestrige Anhörung ist erst der Anfang eines beschwerlichen Weges, auf dem das System versuchen wird, die Schuld der Aktivistinnen und Aktivisten zu beweisen. In diesem Fall werden mehr als 20 Zeugen befragt! Die Polizei und die Staatsanwaltschaft haben mehr als ein Jahr damit verbracht, umfangreiches Beweismaterial zusammenzutragen, um den aktiven Angriff auf Polizeibeamte, die Verletzung der körperlichen Unversehrtheit von Polizeibeamten und die Beleidigung nachzuweisen – alles unter dem Straftatbestand des Rowdytums, der das Strafmaß erheblich erhöht.
All diese Vorwürfe wirken oberflächlich, wenn man sie mit Fotos von männlichen und weiblichen Demonstranten vergleicht, die Wunden durch den Einsatz von Polizeiknüppeln, den Zustand nach dem Einsatz von Gas und gefesselte und am Boden liegende Menschen zeigen.
Die Kriminalisierung von Migration sowie die Kriminalisierung der Hilfe für Menschen auf der Flucht ist in der Festung Europa an der Tagesordnung.
Wir haben keine Angst vor Repression, um unseren Kampf für die Freiheit und Würde aller Menschen – unabhängig von ihrer Herkunft und Hautfarbe – zu beenden!
Die nächste Anhörung ist am 24. April 2024 um 10:00 Uhr im Bezirksgericht Krosno Odrzańskie.

La première audience dans l’affaire des dix personnes inculpées à la suite de la manifestation de solidarité “Stop à la criminalisation de l’immigration” est derrière nous.
Outre les accusés, des personnes venues manifester leur soutien et leur solidarité étaient présentes dans la salle d’audience du tribunal de district de Krosno Odrzanskie.
L’audience d’hier a duré plus de quatre heures.
Aucun des accusés n’a reconnu les faits qui lui sont reprochés.
En outre, ils ont tous unanimement indiqué que leur motivation pour participer à la manifestation de solidarité était de soutenir les personnes ayant une expérience de réfugié, de s’opposer aux refoulements et d’attirer l’attention sur les conditions désobligeantes qui existent dans les centres fermés pour étrangers. N’oublions pas que le piquet de solidarité était, en fait, une réponse directe à la grève de la faim entreprise dans le centre fermé de Wędrzyn.
Tous les individus ont refusé de répondre aux questions de l’accusation.
L’audience d’hier n’est que le début d’un parcours ardu au cours duquel le système tentera de prouver la culpabilité des activistes, hommes et femmes. Plus de 20 témoins ont été interrogés dans cette affaire ! La police et l’accusation ont passé plus d’un an à rassembler de nombreuses preuves pour démontrer l’agression active de policiers, l’atteinte à l’intégrité physique de policiers et l’insulte – le tout sous le délit de hooliganisme, qui alourdit considérablement la peine.
Toutes ces accusations paraissent superficielles lorsqu’elles sont juxtaposées à des photos de manifestants, hommes et femmes, présentant des blessures causées par l’utilisation de matraques de police, l’état après l’application de gaz et des personnes ligotées et allongées sur le sol.
La criminalisation de la migration, ainsi que la criminalisation de l’aide aux personnes en mouvement, est un phénomène courant dans l’Europe forteresse.
Nous ne craignons pas que la répression mette un terme à notre lutte pour la liberté et la dignité de tous, quels que soient leur pays d’origine et la couleur de leur peau !
La prochaine audience aura lieu le 24 avril 2024 à 10h00 au tribunal de district de Krosno Odrzańskie.
